If you don’t see your question below, please contact us at BenYLorea@gmail.com! We want to make it as easy as possible for everyone to celebrate with us, so please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Please RSVP by May 5th, but we’d appreciate early confirmations!

Yes! This is a kid-friendly wedding, and we’re excited to celebrate with the entire family. We are also arranging babysitters on the day of the ceremony. In the RSVP form, please let us know if you plan to bring your kids and their ages so we can arrange enough babysitters for the day. And reach out if you have any questions!
-
Nope! We are happy to arrange and cover accommodation for everyone. Between the main hotel and the cabañas that are both on-site, we will have enough space for everyone.
We will be following up with lodging assignments in May once we get all the RSVPs in.

U.S. citizens do not need a visa to come to Spain, nor do passport-holders from other Schengen-exempt countries
Your passport needs to be valid for at least 3 months beyond your intended departure date from Spain (6 months recommended)
If your passport is from another country, please check with your embassy or your country’s Department of State website for entry requirements
For all travelers (including U.S. citizens), a new EU travel authorization system (ETIAS) is expected to be launched in late 2025, but is highly unlikely to be required by the time of our wedding. We’ll be keeping an eye on it anyway just in case.

Return to Pamplona: Sunday, arriving around 2:00 pm.
See the Schedule and Travel & Lodging tabs for more details, and if you have any other requests or questions around travel, please let us know in the RSVP form or via email.
-
Yes! There is plenty of free parking near the entrance of the venue. The staff at Irrisarri will guide you during check-in.

We’d love to celebrate with you at all the events, but we understand if you can’t make it to everything. The main event is Saturday, June 21st at 1:30 pm - we hope to see you all there!
-
Late June in northern Spain is typically warm and pleasant, with daytime temperatures around 70-75°F (21-24°C), and cooler in the evenings (around 55-60°F / 13-16°C). However, the weather can be unpredictable, so we recommend bringing a light jacket just in case!
-
Saturday: Cocktail / Semi-Formal Attire
All other events: Casual
-
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place on grass, so we don’t recommend stiletto heels. Block heels, wedges, or flats are a great choice.
-
Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, while the reception and dancing will be indoors. In case of bad weather, we will have a backup indoor option for the ceremony and cocktail.
-
Yes! The hotel offers buffet breakfast options on Saturday morning, and there is also a cafeteria on site where you can grab coffee, sandwiches, and other light bites throughout the day. These options will also be open on Sunday morning for early risers before our scheduled farewell brunch from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
-
Yes! We will be managing all the RSVPs online so we wanted to get that system up, but we’re planning on sending paper invitations too.
Please give us your mailing address if you haven’t already!
-
Yes! Feel free to send us an email. There is a lot to explore around northern Spain including the Basque Country and the Pyrenees mountains, and we can help with some recommendations for Madrid, Barcelona, or other cities as well.
